Factory Inspection

Factory testing standards are the core basis for regulating the quality, safety, and compliance of the entire factory production process. The core objective is to ensure that products are qualified, production is safe, and compliance with regulations is achieved, covering key aspects such as raw material entry, production process, and finished product exit.

Core Testing Procedures and Standards

1. Raw material incoming inspection

  • Visual inspection: No damage, deformation, or rust; markings are clear and complete.
  • Performance testing: Meets the contractual agreement or industry standards (such as material composition, physical strength, and chemical indicators).
  • Compliance testing: Complete environmental protection standards (such as RoHS, formaldehyde limits) and safety certifications (such as 3C, CE).
  • Sampling rules: Sampling shall be conducted by batch, with a sampling ratio not lower than the requirements of GB/T 2828.1 standard, and key raw materials shall be 100% inspected.

2. Production process inspection

  • Process inspection: Key processes are inspected once every hour, and process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, and speed) are recorded.
  • Semi-finished product inspection: dimensional tolerances, assembly accuracy, and functional module operating status; any non-conforming items must be reworked immediately.
  • Environmental monitoring: temperature and humidity, cleanliness (such as Class 10000 cleanroom standard for electronics factories), and dust/noise limits in the production workshop.

3. Finished product factory inspection

  • Full performance testing: core product functions, lifespan, and reliability testing (e.g., continuous operation for 72 hours without failure).
  • Safety inspection: Electrical safety (insulation resistance, withstand voltage test), mechanical safety (no sharp edges, effective protective devices).
  • Appearance and packaging inspection: No surface defects, secure packaging, and complete labeling information (specifications, production date, shelf life).
  • Factory inspection: Products that pass all tests are released; non-conforming products must be isolated, analyzed, and rectified.

Requirements for the formulation and implementation of testing standards

Compliance Bottom Line

We strictly adhere to mandatory national standards (such as the GB series), industry norms, and customer contractual agreements.

Operability

The indicators are quantified (e.g., dimensional tolerance ±0.02mm) and the testing methods are clearly defined (e.g., using a micrometer with an accuracy of 0.001mm).

Equipment Support

Test instruments should be calibrated regularly (at least once a year), and calibration certificates should be retained to ensure data accuracy.

Record Tracing

Each batch of testing records (raw material reports, process inspection forms, finished product testing sheets) should be archived and retained for at least 3 years.

SUSTECH

SUSTECH is an innovative technology service company with artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain at its core. We specialize in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) testing, certification, and compliance management, helping companies achieve their sustainable development goals. Through digital and intelligent means, we are redefining the testing and certification industry, making ESG compliance more transparent, efficient, and credible.

Core Advantage: Technology-enabled ESG Compliance

Intelligent ESG Data Acquisition and Analysis

    • IoT Environmental Monitoring: Real-time collection of data on enterprise carbon emissions, wastewater discharge, energy consumption, etc., and automatic generation of ESG reports.
    • AI carbon footprint calculation: Based on supply chain data, it accurately calculates the carbon footprint of a product throughout its entire lifecycle, in accordance with international standards such as ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol.

ESG Certification and Rating Optimization

    • Automated compliance checks: AI compares data against global ESG standards (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD) to identify ESG risks for enterprises and provide improvement suggestions.
    • ESG Rating Enhancement Solution: Combining industry best practices, we develop actionable ESG optimization strategies to help companies improve their ESG ratings from MSCI, S&P, and other ranking bodies.

Blockchain-based Evidence Storage and Transparent Traceability

  • Tamper-proof ESG reports: All test data is stored on the blockchain to ensure traceability and auditability, enhancing the trust of investors and regulators.
  • Supply chain ESG penetration management: Tracking supplier ESG performance to ensure compliance with the requirements of major international manufacturers.
